Main Rover Body - First Attempt

After a few weeks I completed what I thought would be the main body to my rover but after connecting it to the rover legs it wasn't very good a all. Not sturdy, no strength and it also highlighted that to me I dont think I am going to be able create a rover body based on a differential.

So back to the drawing board!

nice design.i was wondering, however, why did you use 2 PF batery boxes?it looks like you are only using 2 motors, so with any size of motors i think you could use just one bat. box with 1 or 2 switches.

Hi,

I'm actually using 4 pf motors to rotate 4 wheels. The other 4 pf motors will be used for the robotic arm.

I'm also using 2 lego solar panels, a capacitor to power a motor on the arm - for the drill piece.
